This is the first time I have ever hired a cleaning service. I am normally very OCD and can maintain it myself but after falling into depression working like crazy and just not having the motivation or mental ability to push myself I realized I needed help. Eco maids had the availability I needed and the constant communication and Answers to my questions made me feel great about moving forward. The price I paid for the cleaning for my 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath town home was well worth it. My appointment was made for today and Jennifer arrived on time with Fran right behind her. Jennifer was so attentive and efficient and the work they both did was so amazing I hope to get them each time because they have now gained a loyal customer! Construction dust. Everywhere; on everything, in every corner of my office space. While it’s no fault of the HVAC techs, it was a surprise circumstance no one anticipated. EcoMaids Yoselyn, Maria, and Emma came to the rescue. Thoroughly dusting from top to bottom every wall, every surface, gently handling glassware, vases, office accessories- even electrical cords to remove all the dust. The lavatory floor is clean of all scuff marks from rubber ladder-feet and work boots. I work as a business and personal advisor. Meeting my clients in a clean, comfortable, quiet, relaxing space is critical to mutual success Easy to schedule, quick to respond, and prompt. Maria, Yvette, and Falisha were the techs. I gave them a five star because they were on time, worked professionally, did everything that I asked for the initial service visit. (I did not have them do all the 64 point cleaning checklist items.) Positive: the floors are the last to be done, and they clean the floor all the way as they’re exiting; they communicated with each other to get the work done in 2 hours. Only negative: one of the techs who was cleaning the upstairs room continued to either slam the toilet cover down multiple times, or items were being dropped in the shower consistently. But I kept hearing the sound of a toilet lid being dropped on a consistent basis. ~ Russell a

Review for cleaning technicians Yvette & Tori: * Fantastic communication-they asked me questions about my home and specifics about certain areas. * Great team work by both of them-as they told me which areas each one would complete. *Arrived at the specified time-as they texted when they were on their way, great communication again regarding their arrival time. *At the end I was informed of which items were cleaned while doing a “walk-through” and informed me of some staining that would not go away-but possibly over time may be able to be removed-(water stains along inside of glass shower door). *No bleach nor ammonia used-so no toxic fumes/smells! Just clear and clean which is no smells! But all was so clean and clear and sparkly. * I very highly recommend EcoMaids ! * Thank you to Michelle from the scheduling department and thank you to Tiffany for having a great company named EcoMaids! ~ Dee E

Update: Ecomaids have continued to impress us. Jennifer and Delia have been taking wonderful care of our home. I can tell that all of the staff take pride in their work and they are all super professional and lovely to work with. Yvette is a gem as well and I always enjoy chatting with her when we’ve had her. The team was very polite and worked very hard. I am a bit upset that not everything was completed that I assumed would be. When I asked for the bathrooms to be cleaned top to bottom, I assumed the walls would be included. When I paid extra for the fridge and stove I assumed that would include the freezer and my fridge/freezer is a side by side. I wish they would have mentioned when I scheduled that those were not included vs simply omitting them. The team that arrived did everything they were supposed based on what they were told by their boss, but I am not pleased with the owners who set up the appointment and left out those details. I would have asked for those services specifically or done more research. I am only giving this 5 starts because that is the only was the cleaners get tipped by the owners. To be fair the cleaners do deserve 5 stars, the management does not. Kinda disappointed. Yvette, Lacey, Mui Mui, & Armando did a great job. ~ Ashlee L

Katie and Emma were amazing! They were extremely friendly, efficient, thorough, and such a great team! My mother lives in a 3 bedroom 2 bath 3 story townhome and I’m currently staying with her to help take care of her. They ensured to cover everything I specified while making sure to be extra careful cleaning in my mom’s room (she is current on oxygen). They really took their time in each room! The place looks amazing and I am extremely grateful for them doing such a great job! Thank you both again 🙏🏽🤩 ~ Amara D

This was our first time with EcoMaids & they did a wonderful job. We have a dog that was anxious to meet the crew, so once that was done Stefani & Alex got busy cleaning, while Tiffani walked through everything with us to make sure she addressed any concerns we had. Everything exceeded our expectations with Alex & Stefani making sure everything on the checklist was cleaned to our satisfaction. Felisha, Emma, and Jessica came out to do the initial clean for my mother in laws house, and we walked through with the company owner, Tiffany. We talked through some specific focus areas as well as some areas to ignore, and then the team got to work! The end result was fantastic - there were a couple things that needed a second pass but once we highlighted those they were able to take care of them without any problems. On the basis of the excellent job they all did, we’ve scheduled them out for weekly cleaning! ~ Luke M

Today, we had 3 associates from Ecomaids visit our home. We had not had a deep cleaning for almost 4 years, and the house was in much need. After a walk thru, Melissa, Lacey, and Katie went to work. I had to continue working at the table for work. It was very much appreciated that there were limited interruptions and overall, little noise. All three were very professional, polite, and quick. This was my first time using a professional company for housekeeping and I gotta say I’m super annoyed that I didn’t do it sooner! My cleaning team - Lacey, Yoselyn, and Maria were awesome! The quality of work was better than expected and they didn’t make me feel bad or embarrassed about the condition of the house. 5 Stars for Jessica and Yvette. They did a great job cleaning my house. I'm not happy at all with this company though. They have restrictions on what their cleaners can clean and everything is extra. Plus they charged my credit card without my approval of the amount. This is not a good business practice given that the first price given to me was incorrect and that they charged me 24 hours after the clean giving me no time to give an extra tip. ~ Lucy R

Ecomaids is the 3rd cleaning service we’ve tried since moving to the area 2 urs ago. They’ve been professional in both communication and cleaning. Over the past few months, the cleanings have been consistent and it has been wonderful to arrive home to a clean house. I am so thrilled that I reached out to EcoMaids!!! Yvette, Lacey, and Emma came out today to do an initial deep cleaning of our house. They were so thorough and did a fabulous job!!! My oven is sparkling clean, and the whole house is spotless!! I should have taken a before pic! Stefani and Mariah did a wonderful job cleaning our home. The mountain of t-shirts that needed to be folded was too overwhelming for us to conquer but somehow they managed to fold them all in an hour. I hate cleaning floors. Hate it. I highly recommend Ecomaids! I had a wonderful experience. I needed some big help with the bathrooms so I just requested a one time service for my bathrooms. Scheduled a move-out cleaning to empty home to get ready for sale. Yvette, Yoselyn and Emily arrived early and ready to get to work. I was comfortable leaving them and getting out of their way. They completed the work a bit early and on walkthrough they happily addressed a few spaces that had not been cleaned. I did note the 'green' cleaning products do not leave any scent. ~ Grandma L
